The objective of the activity is to design and develop a Multiband Tunable Bandpass Filter (MTBF) for K (from 18 to 27 GHz) and Q (33 to 55 GHz) Bands range for emerging Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Software Defined Radio (SDR) high data rate applications (e.g. for the next generation 5G, IoT, etc.) to dynamically select the portions of the bandpass bandwidth with respect to the data link channels being used at a time, at the same time reducing the noise spectrum sampled by the ADC. The goal is to implement an MTBF supporting narrow tunable 3 dB bandwidth and maximising the out-of-band interference suppression.
